Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for Fitnessway

At Fitnessway, we manufacture high-quality, commercial-grade fitness equipment. Since these are heavy machinery items, our return and cancellation policies are designed to protect both the consumer and the manufacturer.

1. Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched from our Ahmedabad factory.
• Once the product is dispatched and handed over to the heavy cargo logistics partner, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Damage during Transit / Manufacturing Defects:

• In the rare event that the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we provide a 100% Free Replacement or send our technical team to fix it.
• Important: Customers are strictly requested to make an unboxing video or take photos while receiving and assembling the heavy equipment to claim transit damage support.

3. Returns / Replacement Conditions:

• Due to the high cost of forward and reverse shipping for bulky fitness equipment, we do not accept returns based on “change of mind” once the product is delivered in perfect working condition.
• If a replacement is approved under special circumstances, the product must be in its original packaging along with all accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards.

4. Refunds Process:

If a refund is approved due to an unresolvable issue, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI) within 5 to 7 working days after the equipment is received back at our warehouse.
