Thank you for choosing Fitnessway. Since our fitness equipment (Treadmills and Exercise Bikes) are heavy-duty and bulky items, we use specialized surface cargo networks to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

1. Shipping Charges:

• We offer free or flat-rate shipping on select orders above ₹10,000 as per active website promotions.
• Final shipping costs are calculated at the checkout page based on the delivery location and the weight of the equipment.

2. Delivery Timelines:

• Within Gujarat: 2 to 4 working days.
• Rest of India (Metro Cities): 5 to 7 working days.
• Rest of India (Remote Areas): 7 to 10 working days.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours from our factory in Ahmedabad.

3. Delivery Process for Heavy Goods:

• The courier partner will transport the equipment via surface vehicles.
• Ground floor delivery is standard. If the delivery is required on higher floors without a service elevator, additional handling charges may apply from the courier side.

4. Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and link will be sent to your registered mobile number and email.
